Ingredients
- 1 green zucchini
- 1 yellow zucchini
- 100 g Boursin® Professional Cuisine Garlic & Fine Herbs
- 2 handfuls of rocket leaves
- 2 sprigs of fresh oregano
- 2 pizza dough bases
- 2 eggs
- olive oil
Preparation
- Cut the zucchinis using a mandolin. Fry the raw zucchinis in a hot pan.
- Mix the sautéed zucchinis with the Boursin® Professional, rocket and oregano leaves in a mixing bowl.
- Roll out the pizza dough in a circle with a diameter of 25 cm.
- Add the toppings to one half of each base, breaking the eggs over the middle of the pizza, brushing the folds and folding one half of the base over to close the dough and create a calzone.
- Drizzle olive oil on the dough & add a spoon of Boursin® Professional to the middle of the calzone dough.
- Bake in a pizza oven.
