Ingredients
- 30 ml rapeseed oil
- 100 g chopped onions
- 100 g green peppers
- 100 g tomatoes
- 20 g garlic
- 800 g white beans
- 50 ml vegetable bouillon
- 200 g The Laughing Cow® Professional Formula Plus
- 70 ml red wine or sherry vinegar
- 10 g chopped parsley
- salt and pepper
Preparation
- Heat the rapeseed oil. Add the onions, peppers, tomatoes, and chopped garlic for a few minutes.
- Add white beans and bouillon, and simmer until the liquid has reduced.
- Remove from heat and allow the bean mixture to cool to room temperature.
- Mix The Laughing Cow® Professional Formula Plus, vinegar, and chopped parsley.
- Add the stewed beans and mix well.
- Adjust the seasoning.
- Arrange on a serving plate and decorate.
- Serve well chilled.
