- 500 g Nurishh® Plant-Based Greek-Style Dice
- 500 g plain cucumber tartare
- 50 g dill
- 25 g chives
- 25 g lemon juice
- 150 g olive oil
- freshly ground pepper, salt
- 10 Viennese buns
- 15 g zaatar spices
- 150 g kalamata olives
Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Nurishh® Greek-Style Dices with the cucumber tartare. Add in the finely chopped dill and chives.
- Season the mixture with fresh lemon juice, olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
- Generously spread the prepared filling onto the bread.
- Sprinkle a bit of zaatar over the filling for an extra depth of flavour. Decorate the sandwich with Kalamata olives to finish.
