- 1 thin pizza crust
- 70 g Boursin® Professional Cuisine Garlic & Fine Herbs
- 80 g smoked salmon
- 100 g pizza cheese
- 1 red onion
- salt
- 1 lemon juice
- 10 g baby spinach
- 10 g radish shavings
Preparation
- Roll out the pizza dough and spread the Boursin® Professional Cuisine over the dough using a spoon.
- Arrange the smoked salmon slices across the pizza. Cover with pizza cheese on top.
- Bake the pizza for about 10 minutes.
- Pepare the pickled onions. Peel and thinly slice the red onion, then blanch in salted boiling salted water for 4 seconds. Immediately immerse the slices in lemon juice for 20 minutes to cure. Rinse with water.
- Once the pizza is cooked, garnish it with the cured red onions, a handful of fresh baby spinach leaves, and radish shavings.
