Ingredients

  • 1 thin pizza crust
  • 70 g Boursin® Professional Cuisine Garlic & Fine Herbs
  • 80 g smoked salmon
  • 100 g pizza cheese
  • 1 red onion
  • salt
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 10 g baby spinach
  • 10 g radish shavings

Preparation

  1. Roll out the pizza dough and spread the Boursin® Professional Cuisine over the dough using a spoon.
  2. Arrange the smoked salmon slices across the pizza. Cover with pizza cheese on top.
  3. Bake the pizza for about 10 minutes.
  4. Pepare the pickled onions. Peel and thinly slice the red onion, then blanch in salted boiling salted water for 4 seconds. Immediately immerse the slices in lemon juice for 20 minutes to cure. Rinse with water.
  5. Once the pizza is cooked, garnish it with the cured red onions, a handful of fresh baby spinach leaves, and radish shavings.
