Grilled Boursin® croque

A variation of the traditional croque monsieur with 5-grain country bread, smoked salmon, and Boursin® Professional Cuisine Garlic & Fine Herbs. The croque is topped with watercress and radishes to add a fresh spiciness that pairs well with the smoked salmon and creamy cheese.

Preparation

  1. Spread a slice of 5-grain country bread with Boursin® Professional Cuisine.
  2. Add 2 slices of smoked salmon on top.
  3. Wash the watercress and layer it on top of the smoked salmon.
  4. Cut the radishes into thin slices and sprinkle on top of the watercress.
  5. Close the croque and grill.
