Ingredients
- 20 g butter
- 4 French mushrooms
- 2 buckwheat pancakes
- 4 fine slices of cooked ham
- 120 g Boursin® Professional Cuisine Garlic & Fine Herbs
- 2 eggs
Preparation
- Put half the butter into a hot pan and fry the Paris mushrooms after trimming and slicing them.
- Put the rest of the butter into a large pan, add the buckwheat pancake and let it brown.
- Add the slices of ham and the sautéed mushrooms to the centre of the pancake.
- Spoon on the Boursin® Professional.
- Break the eggs over the top and mix lightly.
- Fold the edges of the pancake without covering the entirety of the filling.
