Ingredients

  • 250 g pasta coquillettes
  • 150 g ham
  • 120 g The Laughing Cow® Professional Original
  • freshly ground pepper, salt
  • 200 ml fresh cream
  • grated cheese

Preparation

  1. Cook the pasta in a pot of salted water according to the directions on the package.
  2. Dice the thick slices of ham.
  3. Bring the cream and The Laughing Cow® Professional to a boil in a saucepan, and mix well to obtain a smooth creamy mixture. Once the sauce has come to a boil, add salt, pepper and the ham. Allow to cook for a few minutes.
  4. Drain the pasta, pour in the cream and mix everything together.
  5. Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.
