Ingredients
- 250 g pasta coquillettes
- 150 g ham
- 120 g The Laughing Cow® Professional Original
- freshly ground pepper, salt
- 200 ml fresh cream
- grated cheese
Preparation
- Cook the pasta in a pot of salted water according to the directions on the package.
- Dice the thick slices of ham.
- Bring the cream and The Laughing Cow® Professional to a boil in a saucepan, and mix well to obtain a smooth creamy mixture. Once the sauce has come to a boil, add salt, pepper and the ham. Allow to cook for a few minutes.
- Drain the pasta, pour in the cream and mix everything together.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve.
